DESCRIPTION:It was one year ago that we held our first post covid event\, a drive to the Yalaha Bakery. We are going back but this time we will stop at the bakery to pick up some German pastries but then go on to JB Boondock’s Bar & Grill located on Little Lake Harris for lunch. \nMeet at Stony Brook Hills Shopping Center 6551 N OBT / US 441 in Mount Dora at 10:00 am for a 10:30 am departure.\nWe’ll drive down some very nice\, twisty back roads to Yalaha Bakery located at 8210 County Road 48\, Yalaha 34797 for a pastry pit stop. \n \n\n\nAbout Yalaha Bakery \nYalaha Bakery is a family-owned company\, founded in 1995 with the philosophy to offer Central Floridians only high-quality German Organic products\, made with the highest culinary standards. \n\n\n\n\nProviding products that are made only with organic natural sources\, using the best ingredients from around the world. \n\n\n\n\nToday our Bakery has achieved that standard of quality and continues to work bringing more healthy options to the public\, by making every day new products\, such as Gluten-Free Breads and Pastries\, Sugar-Free Pastries\, and a number of products made only with natural grains to please our valued costumers. \n\n\n\nWe pride ourselves on making products that are naturally made\, our breads are artisan handmade chemical-free from preservatives\, and made with organic Flours.\n\n\nOur pastries are made with organic flours\, butter\, organic chocolates\, organic spices\, and imported European ingredients\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJB Boondocks Bar n’ Grill Restaurant\nOnce the Palm Tree Harbour Fish Camp\, “Mama B” purchased the Old Fish Camp  in 1999. “Mama B” completely refurbished the bar\, kitchen\, docks and deck then naming the establishment “JB Boondocks Bar n’ Grill“. Since refurbishing JB Boondocks Bar & Grill located in Howey-in-the-Hills\, the restaurant has become a favorite gathering place for both locals and visitors alike. \nJB Boondocks is located directly on Little Lake Harris in Howey in the Hills. Want to come by boat? JB Boondocks boasts more than 20 boat slips\, you can even park your seaplane. So come and enjoy our outdoor or indoor dining\, entertainment and more.
