2016 Annual Meeting and Membership Dinner – December 9

Fields BMW of Winter Park is hosting our Chapter’s Annual Meeting/Holiday Gathering at their BMW dealership on Friday, December 9.  Fields has donated the use of their showroom floor exclusively for our private party.  The event starts with Hors d’Oeuvres at 6:30 pm followed by the meeting and dinner from 7:30 until 9:30.  Their address is 963 N. Wymore Rd., Winter Park, FL 32789 and their phone number is 407-628-2100.  The party will be catered by Puff’n Stuff.  To ensure enough food, drink, and seating is available for all attendees, an RSVP is required.  Please read the information below carefully, as all due dates must be adhered to. 

• Dinner is complimentary to each member plus one guest.
• Dinner is complimentary to each associate member.
• Additional guests may accompany the member at a cost of $35 per person.  Checks for the additional guests are to be made out to Sunshine Bimmers and mailed to Dave Kash at 712 Santee Terre Ln., Winter Garden, FL 34787.  All checks must be received by 11/28.  There will be absolutely NO refunds.
• RSVPs must be submitted by 11/23 via email to Dave Kash (@ dksoccer7@gmail.com ).  Included in the email must be the member’s name, current BMWCCA membership number, and all guest’s names.
